Join us for the 2012 MASEA Annual Conference.  This will be a unique opportunity to discover Indianapolis while gaining valuable knowledge of student employment through professional presentations and to network with peers.  This year's conference promises to have a variety of thought provoking information designed to withstand the test of time in your Student Employment Program.  And best of all this conference is designed with you in mind.

Keynote Speaker:

Ross Bentley is President of Bentley Performance Systems, a coaching and consulting company dedicated to helping businesses, organizations, individuals, and teams.

Ross is a performance coach, author, speaker and race car driver.

As a performance coach, Ross' focus is on bringing out the best performance in individuals, teams, and organization, whether in business or sport.

Ross' series of Speed Secrets books (7 to date) are the best-selling performance driving books on the market today, a result of his ability to simplify a complex activity, as well as his focus on the "mental game."  In fact, his books are seen as far more than just driving books - the concepts and his teachings reach beyond driving and into performance in all areas of life.

Ross has conducted keynote speeches for companies such as Boeing, Nokia-Seimens, BMW, and Vistage.  His ability to relate and connect with his audiences, his humor, and his down-to-earth style make him a popular speaker.

Behind the wheel of a race car, Ross won the 1998 USRRC GT3 Driver's Championship, as well as the 2003 Rolex Daytona 24-Hour race.  He also competed in the CART Indy Car series.

A self-declared "learning junkie" his passion is helping others perform better.
