Registration for the 62nd MASEA Conference includes: One (1) admission to the conference general sessions and workshops, plus all meals noted on the conference schedule (coming soon).
Early bird pricing will be $400 for members and $475 for non-members until March 31st. After March 31st, registration will be $475 for members and $550 for non-members. If you are not a member, this is an excellent time to consider joining so that you can take advantage of member pricing. Memberships are for one year from date of joining.

The DoubleTree by Hilton - St. Paul Downtown will be where our conference is taking place. During your free time, you will be steps away from all of the action that St. Paul, MN has to offer. Reservations for attendees must be made on or before Sunday, May 11 2025
Parking Information:
Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis at the DoubleTree by Hilton - St. Paul Downtown Hotel. Cost is $22.00 per day + tax for all overnight guests.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Conference registration cancelled on or before May 16, 2025 is refundable but subject to a $75 administrative fee. Conference registration cancelled after May 16, 2025 will not be refunded. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual.
In the event MASEA must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, MASEA will refund the cost of registration. However, MASEA does not assume the responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses due to changes made for travel and lodging.
