Registration for the 62nd MASEA Conference opens February 3!
Registration includes: One (1) admission to the conference general sessions and workshops, plus all meals noted on the conference schedule.

The DoubleTree by Hilton - St. Paul Downtown will be where our conference is taking place. During your free time, you will be steps away from all of the action that St. Paul, MN has to offer. One benefit of attending the regional conference is learning from your peers. We know you all have done great things in your job and at your institution and we want to hear about them. Presenting is also a great way to get involved! All experiences levels welcome! All conference sessions will be 60 minutes in length.
Unsure what to present on? Below are some suggestions of topical areas:
- Work-Study
- Motivating Student Employees
- Recruitment strategies
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
- Communication Strategies
- Recognition of Student Employees
- Technical Skills (software, Excel, etc.)
All breakout session presenters will have a special conference registration rate of $350 and will be entered in a drawing to win a 1 year individual MASEA membership. The program proposals submission form will be available on 2/3.
Student Employment Essentials Training
Student Employment Essentials (SEE) training will be available prior to the conference: June 2-3, 2025 at the DoubleTree - St. Paul Downtown.
