Registration for the 62nd MASEA Conference is now open!
Registration includes: One (1) admission to the conference general sessions and workshops, plus all meals noted on the conference schedule.

Pre-Conference SEE Training
There will be an opportunity to attend an in-person Student Employment Essentials (SEE) Training prior to the Annual Conference. SEE Training is highly encouraged and is perfect for those new to Student Employment and/or those hoping to sharpen their Student Employment knowledge.
Pre-Conference Student Employment Essentials Training | June 2-3, 2025
*Separate registration is required for SEE Training. Not included in the conference registration price.

Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis at the DoubleTree by Hilton - St. Paul Downtown Hotel. Cost is $22.00 per day + tax for all overnight guests.

Call for Breakout Presenters
One benefit of attending the regional conference is learning from your peers. We know you have done great things in your job and at your institution and we want to hear about them. Presenting is also a great way to get involved and all experiences levels are welcome!
Submit a breakout session proposal!
All breakout sessions will be 60 minutes in length.
Program proposals will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Deadline to submit a proposal is April 1.
